Terms and Conditions
The user is obligated to familiarize himself/herself with the terms of this Agreement;

Moi Dom Tv — Operator.

Connection Fee — Installation fee.

Tv Box —System used for conditional access.

Packet — The set of TV channels offered by the Operator.

Subscription — The order completed by the Subscriber for TV the service packets selected by the Subscriber during his/her subscription, at the prices indicated by the Operator.

Monthly Billing Period --- not the same as the calendar month; your monthly billing period covers the period from the first day of a subscription plus 30 days.
1. General

Attention! In order to use the service you need an Internet connection with a speed of at least 4.0 Mb/sec (download).

If the subscriber purchases an access code for one month this Agreement is valid for 30 calendar days; a oneyear agreement consists of 365 calendar days; the agreement starts on the date subscriber payment is made;

The start of services is considered to be the registration date of this Agreement.

In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Operator agrees to render services to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber shall pay for these services in a timely manner and comply with any requirements stipulated by this Agreement.

Services are rendered to the Subscriber via serviceable equipment and only upon receipt of the payments for the service.

The Operator is not responsiblethe technical features of equipment acquired from third parties that prevent the Subscriber from receiving services.

The Subscriber is obligated to pay a connection fee in the amount of $20.00 if installation is required.
2. Subscriber

Must pay for his/her subscription in the amount and manner indicated by this Agreement;

Renew his/her subscription by making payments in the amount and manner indicated in this Agreement;

Must not share his/her access code with the third parties -broadcasting from the TV Box to third parties, copying it, altering its content or the information in it, or any unsanctioned use is prohibited and warrants liability;

Agrees to handle the Device with care and is responsible for damages caused by improper handling, unauthorized access to the Device, and any other inappropriate behavior on his/her part or on the part of others given access by him/her;

Agrees to not attempt to fix the Device by him/herself, but instead agrees to immediately notify the Operator. If the Device is sent to the Operator or to an authorized business for repair and the defects are not covered by warranty, then the Subscriber must reimburse the Operator for the cost of repair and for any other expenses associated with repairs;
3. Operator

The OPERATOR, in accordance with this Agreement, will provide the SUBSCRIBER with paid TV services;

Will provide the Subscriber with an access code for the duration of the subscription that grants access to Internet TV services immediately upon payment of the determined cost of the service package. The payment amount paid by the Subscriber is consummate with the value of the service package;

The Operator agrees to take all the necessary measures to provide quality service.

The Operator reserves the right to change the manner of service and to remove certain TV programs.

The Operator is not responsible for the content of TV programs broadcasted in TV packets.

If the equipment sold by the Operator to the Subscriber is defective, the Operator shall replace the equipment in accordance with the Return Policy.

Will terminate access to TV services upon expiration of the subscription;

Will receive work orders for potential problems and make repairs (The Operator is responsible for restoring service quality within 48 hrs);

Reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the Agreement if the Subscriber violates the terms of this Agreement;

Will advise the Subscriber regarding installation and connection;

Will provide with Subscriber with pertinent information within the context of this Agreement, and also provide information without cost via telephone number 1 888 236 4058;

Will notify the Subscriber of changes in the subscription selected by the Subscriber less than 30 days prior - including in regards to changes to service packets, their content and prices - by posting information at payment reception points and on the operator’s website www.moi-dom.tv ,;

Services will be automatically suspended if the Subscriber fails to make a payment for the following month’s service;
4. Cancellation Policy

Please note that there is no refund on one month subscriptions. Also, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS;

If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Monthly Billing Period -meaning that you will have continued access to the Service for the remainder of that period, but you will not receive a refund. You may cancel your subscription by emailing us atadmin@moi-dom.tv Or calling # 1 888 236 4058;

If you have purchased 6 or 12 months’ subscription with the prepayment butdecided to terminate your service before the subscription ended, to receive a refund you must do not late3days of service ,otherwise we will not be responsible refund for100% , we will collect one month subscription price $ 20.00 + $ 20.00- Installation Fee + $ 25.00- Restocking Fee for TV Box.

Installation Fee ($ 20.00 ) is not Refundable;
5. Equipment Return Policy

By purchasing and using the equipment (TV Box Cost $ 80.00), you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these terms:

If the equipment was purchased along with 1 ( one ) ,6 ( six ) or 12( twelfth) month subscription but you decide to terminate your subscription within the first 3 days of usage we will gladly accept theequipment back. The Subscriber will be entitled to receive a refund minus restocking fee charge ($25.00) if after inspection we will determine that the equipment is in a full working condition with no physical damages.

You may ship equipment to Operator (please note we are not responsible for shipping charges) or the Subscriber may bring it back to the Operator in person to the flowing address: 6005 Vineland Avenue, Suit 103, North Hollywood, CA 91606
6. Conclusion

Both sides recognize that this Agreement have full legal force.

This Agreement is also a declaration regarding entering into an Agreement for providing the Subscriber with digital TV services from the Operator.
